Creative Nest Studio

Our History
Designed and built by Natasha and her husband Tor in 2017, the Nest was created to offer an organic studio that blended nature and holistic characteristics with movement and wellness practises of all kinds. A cleverly designed sprung floor was installed to make sure all dancers were supported that graced its floors, from young beginners to adults. At it’s conception, the studio was very dance and pilates focused, but over the years it has developed into a place where Hatha, Kundalini, Body Awake Yoga, Aerial Yoga and Qigong are also offered.
During the pandemic the Nest became a very quiet place, as all the kids classes came to a halt. But over the last few years has slowly come into its own welcoming new teachers from Tanzania, Kenya and Japan. The private room has seen many students regain their strength and confidence after injuries with the Pilates Reformer and Tower work. It is also a serene and peaceful place for Thai Yoga Massage that address energy lines to create a balanced body, spirit and mind.
Teaching or being taught at the Nest is truly a gift that is not taken for granted by the souls who spend time in it. We feel truly blessed to have this space to call our place of work.
