I recently joined Tash’s aerial yoga classes and absolutely love them. Using the hammocks as part of my exercise routine help me to really stretch and explore poses differently. Somehow, it makes the exercises really enjoyable. Tash was very attentive and helped me get over my initial fears of being suspended upside down and held in place by my body and not my hands! A really fun class, as much fun as Tash’s dance classes!

I have been visiting The Nest since it opened, and it has become my sanctuary in the city! Tucked away at the bottom of a garden under a beautiful acacia tree, the studio is a peaceful escape from the hustle of Nairobi. With its sides opening onto the garden, every class feels like an outdoor retreat. Tash, the studio’s founder, is an exceptional teacher. I have attended her dance, Pilates, Qigong, and the extraordinary aerial yoga classes. Her approach to movement is inspiring and inclusive, making everyone feel welcome, whether you're an experienced mover or a complete beginner. Beyond Tash’s classes, I’ve also enjoyed yoga sessions and workshops with other talented teachers at The Nest. The energy in the studio supports growth—both physically and spiritually.
