Pilates Group Mat & Private classes: Natasha

The Group mat  class is for people of all ages, whether they have never exercised before, or they are well oiled athletes.  With or without injuries, the Pilates mat safely develops strength of all muscles that support the spine, improving posture, muscle strength and flexibility.

Private Pilates classes are one on one lessons tailored for the client using a Pilates Reformer  and Tower machines combined with Mat work to strengthen the body in a healthy balanced way. The client tends to slowly develop the muscular body as well as his or her strengths and areas that need attention.  Creating awareness that they bring to all other aspects of their day-to-day life. They learn how to let go of bad habits and introduce new ones that help the body live a long and healthy life. A healthy spine means a pain free long life.

Aerial Yoga Classes: Natasha

These classes incorporate the use of a hammock that hangs from the ceiling, which provides multiple ways of supporting the weight of the body and limbs in order to stretch and build strength. This form of exercise was discovered by dancers and gymnasts that were tasked with performing for large venues without a stage. This type of class has the ability to be as athletic or as therapeutic as you want it. It improves balance, and builds core and back strength in places difficult to access with other modalities.

Qigong: Natasha

“Qigong is a form of energy cultivation. Qi in Chinese means “life energy" and Gong means "to cultivate”. 

It is considered one of the pillars of Chinese Medicine, but also the basis of most Chinese martial arts, which draws its principles from Daoism and Buddhism.

 It is a means of moving and exercising the body, regulating breath and calming the mind and the heart. It is a practise that is medicinal, martial and spiritu

Thai Yoga Massage: Natasha

Thai Yoga Massage is a traditional healing practice that combines acupressure, deep stretching, and gentle yoga-like movements. The therapist uses their hands, feet, elbows, and knees to apply pressure to specific points along the body's energy lines, promoting relaxation, improving flexibility, and enhancing circulation. This form of massage is typically done on a mat on the floor, with the recipient fully clothed, and it encourages both physical and mental well-being.

Aerial Silk: Saddam

It's a gravity defying creative movement featuring a column of fabric rigged overhead. The fabric offers a full body workout and assists in lengthening, stretching and strengthening.
You will learn how to wrap the silks around your body to reach cool poses that will really improve your  flexibility.
You will get so much freedom in the air with the silks, with a plethora of positions and movements that will help to boost your health.
You will learn how to climb  which will ignite your core and engage most of your muscles.
Inversions are effortless and will help to decongest the spine giving you an amazing overall feeling after class. Aerial silks is also a great tool for anyone with acrophobia(fear of heights) as it safely introduces you to different height challenges.

BodyAwake Yoga: Akiko

This class brings you awareness of your true-self, and a deeper body connection, as well as increased strength, whilst enhancing flexibility for both your body and mind. BodyAwake yoga also helps you to be present on and off the yoga mat by using simple and specific breathing patterns. 

It is Akiko's passion to support others to discover their abilities and thrive. Yoga, breathing exercise, meditation, intuitive reading, energetic alignment, and guided meditation, are her tools to share.

Yin Yan Flow Yoga Class: Annemarijin

Yin Yang Yoga blends two styles of yoga into one practice - bringing together the benefits of passively holding yoga poses with more dynamic sequences and standing postures. Yang Yoga, refers to a more active practice working on the (Yang) muscles and blood flow, building strength, stamina and flexibility. Followed by (yin) the quieter part where you help release tension and work on stimulating the connective tissue(Facia) with which you improve the mobility of your joints.

Good for: building strength, flexibility and bringing balance in body and mind.
