Akiko teaches BodyAwake Yoga created by Dr. Sue Morter. This class brings you awareness of your true-self, and a deeper body connection, as well as increased strength, whilst enhancing flexibility for both your body and mind. BodyAwake yoga also helps you to be present on and off the yoga mat by using simple and specific breathing patterns.
It is Akiko's passion to support others to discover their abilities and thrive. Yoga, breathing exercise, meditation, intuitive reading, energetic alignment, and guided meditation, are her tools to share.
