Caroline Slot will also be coming on board to offer an adult Contemporary class on Monday mornings.

 

Caroline and I have worked together in the past, and her contemporary class is always a well-oiled workout ending with some beautiful choreography to finish. It gives me so much joy to have dance back at the Nest to utilise its sprung wooden floors and large area.
